What a performance!

The Star Room at the I Max Theatre Darling Harbour Sydney was the venue for what could only be described as Freedom Road's finest hour, (well 19 minutes and 11 seconds actually). The band were awesome and sang through the set with a confidence and charisma that helped show Australia that Hull is a place that has some fantastically gifted and taleted young people. Then it was back to the Hotel for an aftershow party of Dr. Pepper, Fanta Twist and Coffee, (who said Rock 'N' Roll was dead!)Wednesday saw the CREATE Young People depart home to destinations across the country, however friendships have been made and e mail addresses exchanged which we hope will lead to further meetings between the two groups. Thanks go to CREATE for helping make all this happen. We then headed off to the Sydney Aquarium and later the Sydney Wildlife Centre and an encounter with some Koala Bears before boking back into the Breakfree Hotel and balconys to die for. 15 floors up overlooking Sydney as the sun set in the warm heat, yes the weather is at last turning and the tans are beginning to develop. So it's off to the beach on Thursday and a meal out on the Harbour at night before we depart for Brisbane early Friday. Everyone is cool and enjoying the stay and i must say that the WebCam session has helped all concerned.
